Who we are
Sovereign Apps is an independent iOS studio operated by Peeraphol Kamolnawin in Thailand. This policy covers this website, Flow, SafeShare, ProofPack, Price Memory, and AIM.

Our baseline
The current app versions do not require an account, contain advertising trackers, or send your content to a Sovereign Apps server. We do not sell personal information.

Website analytics is your choice.
With your permission, this website uses Google Analytics 4 to measure page views and clicks on links that leave our website. Google may use cookies and receive information about your browser and visit to provide these reports. The Analytics tag does not load until you choose “Allow analytics.” If you decline, this website does not send analytics events to Google.
Your choice is saved in this browser. You can change it using “Website analytics settings” in the footer. Allowing website analytics does not add analytics to our iOS apps or send your app records, photos, or financial data to Google. We do not use this website data for advertising personalization. Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
FLOW
Your transactions are not our business.
Amounts, categories, dates, notes, rules, and recurring transactions are stored locally by default. Transfer-slip and receipt recognition happens on device. Flow does not connect to your bank and Sovereign Apps does not operate a server that receives your transaction history.
Premium users may optionally enable iCloud Sync. In that case, Apple CloudKit synchronizes Flow data through the user's Apple Account. Sovereign Apps cannot access that private CloudKit data.
PROOFPACK
Your evidence remains yours.
Proof packs, photographs, notes, timestamps, detected readings, and generated PDF reports are created and stored locally on your device. OCR and report generation happen on device. Sovereign Apps does not receive or review your evidence.
You control when a PDF or photo leaves the app by using the iOS share sheet or saving it yourself.
PRICE MEMORY
Your purchase history is personal.
Product names, prices, merchants, receipt images, package sizes, and price observations are stored locally using Apple's data frameworks. Receipt and price-tag recognition happens on device.
Price verdicts such as “Good Price” use only your own local history. They are not based on a marketplace database and are not sent to us.
AIM: WEALTH & GOALS
Your wealth stays in your hands.
AIM stores manually entered balances, asset buckets, goals, plans, assumptions and check-ins locally on your device. Sovereign Apps does not receive these records. AIM has no account, advertising or analytics SDK, bank connection, market-data feed, automatic cloud sync, or cloud AI.
Optional device authentication uses Apple's Face ID, Touch ID or passcode. AIM does not receive your biometric data. Optional reminders are local notifications. Its widget reads a local shared summary without displaying financial amounts.
You choose whether to export CSV or JSON files. Exports contain plain-text financial records and are not encrypted by AIM. Choosing iCloud Drive or another destination in Files is a user-directed export, not automatic synchronization. Device backups follow your Apple settings.
Apple processes AIM Plus subscription payments. AIM uses verified subscription information to unlock Plus and does not receive payment-card details. Canceling Plus does not remove your local records. Delete the local journal in Settings; separately delete exported files and manage device backups where you saved them. Deleting the app or its data does not cancel a subscription.
Apple services
Apple may process information needed to provide the App Store, purchases, device backups, and operating-system features under Apple's own privacy policy. We do not receive your payment-card details.
The current apps do not use a Sovereign Apps personal-data backend. Flow Premium offers optional synchronization using the user's Apple Account and Apple CloudKit. SafeShare, ProofPack, Price Memory, and AIM do not currently synchronize app content through iCloud.
Permissions
Each app asks for access only when a feature needs it—for example, camera access to capture evidence or read a price, photo access to choose an image, or add-only access to save an output. Denying a permission only disables the related feature.
Retention, deletion, and children
Because Sovereign Apps does not collect your app content, we cannot access, recover, or delete it for you. You can remove records inside the relevant app or delete the app and its local data using iOS. If Flow iCloud Sync is enabled, synchronized copies are managed through Flow and your Apple iCloud settings.
These general-purpose utilities are not directed to children and do not knowingly collect children's personal information.
Changes
We will update the effective date and this page before materially changing how an app handles data. App Store privacy answers will be kept consistent with the released software.
